a basis that is then coated with segments of precious stone by
extremely laborious handwork before it is finished by grinding
and polishing.
Processing these gemstones into a humidor requires highest
precision in conjunction with sophisticated technique.
Due to the long time required to complete a humidor—plus
the limited supply of material —only a small number of
gemstone humdiors can be crafted per year. All the more,
the appreciation for the unique is reflected in this
